Simply log in to the online portal and visit the medication section.<\/p>\n
You then tick the prescriptions you want.<\/p>\n
If the medication you need is not on the list then use the \u2018make a custom request\u2019 section and type your request in the box<\/p>\n
Login to online services<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n You can do this by returning the right hand half of a previous prescription with the required medications ticked, or by submitting a handwritten request.<\/p>\n Please put this repeat prescription request in the box on the reception desk.<\/p>\n You can post your prescription slip or written request to us at the practice. You can\u00a0include a stamped addressed envelope for return by post if you will not be able to pick up your prescription from the surgery.<\/p>\n Please note we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone<\/strong><\/p>\n Instead of issuing a green hand signed paper prescription, the doctor can now send the prescription electronically to your chosen pharmacist.<\/p>\n This means you don\u2019t have to come back to the surgery to pick up the prescription, but you can go straight to the pharmacist and pick up your medicine.<\/p>\n This works even better if you request the medicine online as it means you can miss out on two trips to the practice.<\/p>\n You can nominate your pharmacy:<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.sohosquaresurgery.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/banner-v2-mobile.png\")
